missingWrote a review on 09 Dectropical pool arealimited dinner options
The pool area offers a wonderful tropical vibe, perfect for cooling off after a long day of exploring nearby Mayan ruins.
Unfortunately, the restaurant had a limited dinner menu, which could be disappointing for those looking to dine in more variety.

The tropical vibe hits you as soon as you step past the reception, with modern rooms designed like jungle huts. The pool area is nice for a quick dip, creating a laid-back atmosphere.
The restaurant leaves much to be desired. food quality is mediocre and options are limited, especially for vegetarians. Rooms can feel cramped and lack privacy since people walking by can see directly through the windows. There are insects that make their way in, so sleeping with the balcony doors open isn't an option, which makes the rooms feel stifling at night.

I stayed for 4 nights in a King Room with a lovely view of the jungle. The room was cleaned impeccably, and I got to see some cool wildlife, including Scarlet Macaws. The housekeeping staff were super friendly, and they even got me a fridge after my arrival. Definitely extended my stay because of the room's charm! 🌿

The pool area really impressed me with its refreshing vibe. I loved the modern jungle hut feel of the room. it had a nice balcony that provided a great view of the surrounding nature. However, I noticed quite a few bugs around, which made it uncomfortable to keep the balcony doors open at night. The food at the restaurant didn’t meet my expectations. the options seemed limited and the quality was mediocre. The staff at times appeared indifferent, particularly in the restaurant and bar, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleaning could definitely improve too. I found some stains on the sheets and the faucets in the bathroom looked dirty. Still, the location offered a tranquil setting away from the noise of the town and made for a good base to visit the nearby ruins.

Both a hit and a miss
The hotel is conveniently located close to the archaeological zone, and the staff at reception were always accommodating, helping us navigate taxis and local attractions.
The restaurant had limited and mediocre food options, and there were some cleanliness issues that affected the overall experience.

This place really surprised me with its chill vibe and beautiful pool surrounded by lush trees. I loved lounging under the sun and enjoyed a refreshing drink at the bar after a long day of exploring. The only downside was the occasional dirt getting into the pool from the grass, but it didn’t ruin the fun at all! 🌴

Relaxed Jungle Getaway with Room for Improvement
The ambiance is captivating, with modern rooms offering a unique jungle feel. Enjoyed the refreshing pool but wished for more dining options. For non-Spanish speakers, be prepared for communication challenges. A mesh barrier for the balcony doors would enhance comfort for insect-free nights.
